Hi, anyone having problems registering their new UCard on the UMobile app? I just converted to prepaid from postpaid and my existing UCard is no longer linked to my account in the app. I contacted UMobile's customer service online and was told to create a new UCard and email BInfinite to transfer my existing points to the new card. Unfortunately, I am not able to create a new virtual UCard from the app. I tried replying to the email from UMobile's customer service but for some reason, I don't think it is getting through for some reason. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. In the past few days, I am unable to receive SMS and calls intermittently. When I request for TAC/OTP for e.g., sometimes, it arrives, sometimes, it does not. Rebooting the phone usually helps, then I receive the SMS and missed call notifications. After a while, I would have the same problem again. I am using a dual-sim phone. I only have problem with the UMobile line. The other line no problem. Any idea what is wrong here? Thanks.
