don't call just go to bank and tell them u already change telco same like me before this change from celcom to umobile then they will update in system

I don't know about that solution.
I've been using the same number from Umobile and package for 1~2 years but suddenly this week, otp and 2fa KOed..
Request a technician to look up the case and if after 1 month no solution, change telco.

Starbucks is RM 15.00 kinda thing. Llao Llao is just RM 6.40.

I think the hiccup of Starbucks was because high value items.
Imagine if Umobile giveaway 1,000 voucher for Llao Llao = RM 6,400.00. Due to limited location availability, only 19 outlets in Malaysia, maybe 70% voucher redeemed and Umobile get discount of 10% from partner, Umobile only need to pay RM 4,032.00.

However, if Umobile giveaway 1,000 voucher for Starbucks = RM 15,000.00. High likely the voucher will be fully redeemed. Berjaya interco discount of 30%, Umobile still need to pay RM 10,500.00. This is what I think for the voucher suddenly "Fully Redeemed" as someone press the stop button.

Above just my assumption. I'm not working with Berjaya to be clear.

Hi,

I heard there is a case about u mobile sim card kena curi duplicate when the
victim change the new sim card. The victim go change sim card then after few hours, he saw his new sim card no line. Then he called to u Mobile and check. They told him that the sim card no more active cause the line is active at another mobile. Ended up credit card kena curi use cause the TAC number have been
delivered to another unknown phone.

I am planning to change the new sim card too (from micro sim to nano sim), but now more worries on this. Friend says better go to KL Main office (Times Square) to
change, more secure.

Any advise on this?

If you have multiple sim cards, temporary assign another number as your main number to receive tac code.
I doubt thieves have patience to wait God knows how long for anyone to set the number as tac code recipient.

Unless they have access to your banking account which most likely only you can access, you can rule out this possibility.
