maybe the area has strong maxis 3G signal. thats why maxis customers have no problem in making calls. Umobile dn ultilise all maxis 3G network

My area Port Klang, Umobile when heavy raining, 4G signal and connection gone... sheeshh... other Telco e.g: Webe still have good 4G (perform well during raining), DiGi also maintain good 4G but speed sux (heavy congestion).

Digi also heavy congestion.

i cannot enter their 4G network most of the time...

Currently I'm subscribed to Umobile Postpaid Plan U28.
Starting from last week, I'm unable to receive 2FA and OTP from Google and banks.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Already tested the SIM card on a smartphone and dumb phone with similar results.
I am still able to call, SMS and receive tac code on both phones.

Same here, Maybank TAC no. able to receive, only HLB OTP no. totally cannot received.

Called to both bank and umobile, they both blame each other.
So end up no solution.
