 Umobile Thread V8, Now With 3x Data

just MNP to umobile, my data unstable, keep changing between 3G, H+, 4G
when 4G everything smooth(6mbps), but when it changed to H+, the speed only 0.2mbps

area nearby Pavilion, any solution ?

that's not really a solution for me as other ppl cant contact me haha

I rmb I lock to 3G only in my previous phone as 3G speed is stable& faster than H/H+ if i rmb correctly.

Now im using redmi note 3 but dont have the option to lock to 3G only.

Why everybody getting this kind of speed while I'm stuck with 3mbps on 4g, 0.2mbps on 3g

I've to lock to 4g when I want to online(but people cant call me)
then unlock 4G when I want to make a phone call

no choice as Umobile keep switching between 3g and 4g at my workplace and with 3g only 0.2mbps, 4g 2.5mbps

frustrated but will use it for few months see how it goes

MNP to Umobile for about 1 months +, and I'm unable to received HLB OTP(One Time Password)

Any idea how to solve it? No problem for Maybank though, just HLB

Kind of getting frustrated, called both HLB and Umobile, and they basically blame each other, said their side no problem.

Same here, Maybank TAC no. able to receive, only HLB OTP no. totally cannot received.
