uy a prepaid test for a week lo, ur house area, office area, some shopping maill then u will able to decide. else, take it as 2nd sim, and downgrade your current sim plan to cheaper unit to balance out your monthly expenses.

Like the sifus said, you just have to get a prepaid and test it at all places you usually go to. I'm a good example it suits me fine, so far all the places I go to have no issues yet. 🙏

Guys, would like to ask if I were to change phone and require a new nano SIM, will the center provide it for free ?

Umobile 2G signal seems pretty weak and unstable. 3g and 4g seems fine.

Unknown charges, never clicked anything, never fill up details of this phone for anything, called SC - why allowed third party to take money from our account?? No answer. SC asked me to call the company with details given, today Sunday!

Anyone encountered same issue and any suggestion.

Found a post in Lowyat, send command SMS STOP ALL to 37886, charged RM0.15 for this SMS not FOC. Received response SMS :"...Subscription to 37886 has been terminated..."

To reconfirm by sending another command STOP QS as in the 4/3 SMS, charged another RM0.15 for this command SMS. Received response SMS :"You have not subscribed to the service. To subscribe to service send ON <keyword> to 37886"



Umobile SC mentioned to call them for refund and details, if no refund to avail, provide Umbile the details of tele-covnersation for umobile to lodge my complaint to MCMC.

i help 3 to 5 ppl to cancel that with stop all but 1month later they tell me they kena again.
