I have umobile for data, digi 365 at 38 with IDDIC 1GB monthly, and onexox 28mth validity and minues season pass for call.

Digi zero commitment is good but none i known from digi could help for nomination. By the way how much ur zero comitment call rate to onnet and offnet number?

My is power prepaid Not the latest Unlimited power. Purchased UMI 20 and finished the call minuted bundled in UMI, now the call rate back to as usual, 7sec/30sec with free 15min/day to umobile network.

few power prepaid sims received a SMS

"RM0: Subscription renewed. No subscription fee. Price RM3.00/SMS. 4SM/Week. Mext renewwal x/x2017. To cancel, send STOP QS to 37886"


Unknown charges, never clicked anything, never fill up details of this phone for anything, called SC - why allowed third party to take money from our account?? No answer. SC asked me to call the company with details given, today Sunday!

Anyone encountered same issue and any suggestion.

Found a post in Lowyat, send command SMS STOP ALL to 37886, charged RM0.15 for this SMS not FOC. Received response SMS :"...Subscription to 37886 has been terminated..."

To reconfirm by sending another command STOP QS as in the 4/3 SMS, charged another RM0.15 for this command SMS. Received response SMS :"You have not subscribed to the service. To subscribe to service send ON <keyword> to 37886"



Umobile SC mentioned to call them for refund and details, if no refund to avail, provide Umbile the details of tele-covnersation for umobile to lodge my complaint to MCMC.
