QUOTE(abhipraaya @ Jan 4 2017, 09:06 PM) I'm a umobile prepaid user. I mainly use my phone to receive calls and hardly make any outgoing calls. However I use the free high speed internet which comes with it. Arent the internet of umi can be used in passive period? Now I'm accumulating so much of credit and I am forced to top up monthly rm30 just to keep the line active and enjoy the high speed internet. I wish umobile has a super long life whereby we can extend the validly to a year, unfortunately there is no such privilege. Hence I'm seriously thinking of porting to BuzzMe soon. |

QUOTE(MakNok @ Jan 4 2017, 10:07 PM) Can start selling your credit before moving to BuzzMe. I have umobile for data, digi 365 at 38 with IDDIC 1GB monthly, and onexox 28mth validity and minues season pass for call. Why you don't try port to OneXox or Digi Zero commitment? Digi zero commitment is good but none i known from digi could help for nomination. By the way how much ur zero comitment call rate to onnet and offnet number? QUOTE(dgboy @ Feb 21 2017, 03:34 PM) Yes, I'm sure. For New U Prepaid plan. You cannot find this info on website these days. The UMI pages always assume you are on latest prepaid plan, hence the rates they quote there. My is power prepaid Not the latest Unlimited power. Purchased UMI 20 and finished the call minuted bundled in UMI, now the call rate back to as usual, 7sec/30sec with free 15min/day to umobile network. This post has been edited by fairylord: Feb 21 2017, 05:19 PM |

few power prepaid sims received a SMS
"RM0: Subscription renewed. No subscription fee. Price RM3.00/SMS. 4SM/Week. Mext renewwal x/x2017. To cancel, send STOP QS to 37886" Unknown charges, never clicked anything, never fill up details of this phone for anything, called SC - why allowed third party to take money from our account?? No answer. SC asked me to call the company with details given, today Sunday! Anyone encountered same issue and any suggestion. Thanks a lot. |

QUOTE(Velocity @ Mar 5 2017, 12:26 PM) i see many people kena this not only umobile . Digi even more frequent. I really dunno how you guys kena this. I got 5 numbers and not even one kena before asked Telco, they said we clicked something Given understanding the 37886 charges was by Everworks Solutions Sdn Bhd, 0388009999, www.everworks.net. (Tomorrow will call for refund as today Sunday) Found a post in Lowyat, send command SMS STOP ALL to 37886, charged RM0.15 for this SMS not FOC. Received response SMS :"...Subscription to 37886 has been terminated..." To reconfirm by sending another command STOP QS as in the 4/3 SMS, charged another RM0.15 for this command SMS. Received response SMS :"You have not subscribed to the service. To subscribe to service send ON <keyword> to 37886" Umobile SC mentioned to call them for refund and details, if no refund to avail, provide Umbile the details of tele-covnersation for umobile to lodge my complaint to MCMC. |

QUOTE(rai_fuzz @ Mar 11 2017, 10:21 PM) Guys, just to check, are you all having any problem with UM line in recent few weeks? I'm having trouble to even use Twitter or to send WhatsApp even though the line is on LTE. I'm testing the theory that it could be due to me using custom ROM but it have been few weeks already & it's persistent. Any help will be appreciated. Suggest to put to other device to test and compare. |
