app like opera max that compress your data hence your quota can use more, but opera max don't allow tether, hence need app that an tether and compress data.

And my mobile network sometimes keep changing between "MY Maxis" and "U Mobile".

Wow.. I never get that before. But getting Edge is common especially indoors. Thats why I hope UMobile improves its network reception immediately. Rather than giving out largest quota of data you cant use because there is not network.

Sorry, not only at indoors, sometimes outdoor also like that Edge... But travel certain area (still outdoor), suddenly from HSPA (U Mobile) > no Signal > EDGE (MY Maxis).
Eventually, I got see U Mobile has improved a lot..

But trust me, this network receptions need take few years to improves. There are a lot of procedure to install network tower (need approval from MCMC), registration procedure, set-up procedure.... And total up after 3 or 4 years, the network reception slightly improve already.

At the moment, I on UM because of the excellent Rm10/day roaming data backpack only. If they decide to end this offer June 2017, I will migrate to other telcos.

I eventually wanna to port out other telco already.
But currently use New U Prepaid plan and become legacy plan.
If port out to other telco, I think I won't be jump again U Mobile in the future time. The new call rate plan is ridiculous expensive..

You should lock the network to 3g only for stable connection because Umobile always got problem in between transition let say from 4g to 3g or 2,there'll be H+ sign but no data transmission. if your phone doesn't support this funtion,then i suggest u shuld find one,mostly samsung phone can lock 3g only.

Normally I set auto for the network for user-friendly plus people can easily get contact to me.
Coz if I lock the network, some area are not coverage of 4G or more worst no 3G, plus it is very worst that you can't even receive incoming call or outgoing call (the most important thing) once you lock the network.

My device can only lock for 3G. But unfortunately, it is really worst that indoor only 3G 1 bar between EDGE 3 bar. So do you means I just lock for EDGE network only?

if i put p98 tether mode, does it able to tether to other devices to run youtube? if at the same time 4 devices run youtube. how would be the speed like? share from the 2mbps?

I strongly suggest you try the network coverage and connection at your area first. However, I wouldnt put my money on tethering 4 devices running simultaneoulys on you tube.

I have 2 types of credit balances:

1) Credit Balance: RM 9.02
2) CreditShare Balance: RM2.80

How can I utilize this CreditShare Balance? Why are these 2 balances separated?

Actually it's to avoid people misuse credit share repeatedly.

But let say ur credit balance rm20, credit share balance rm10 -- then u proceed to buy UMI30 prepaid plan, it will deduct both (20+10=30).
