Anyone tested App Onz on desktop FB? Does it consume regular quota? (Via tether or hotspot)

I have 2 types of credit balances:
1) Credit Balance: RM 9.02 2) CreditShare Balance: RM2.80 How can I utilize this CreditShare Balance? Why are these 2 balances separated? |
