It's not a question of proof. It's a matter of logic.
The iPhone is as yet an unreleased product. From a manufacturer (Apple) that has never ventured into this market (mobile phones). Even in the US, the final details of what constitutes the business plan of the iPhone is unknown other than the carrier (Cingular) and that it WILL be tied to a service contract. How long, the pricing and terms of that contract are UNKNOWN.
Therfore: How in the world could anyone logically know what the business plan, particularly something as elusive as pricing, would be in the tiny market known as Malaysia?
As an example; take another US product: The Treo 680. It took almost 6 months for that product to make it here. And nobody knew the eventual pricing until about a month before it hit the shelves.
