Can say those property with fancy facilities tend to lose its values … developer purposely provide those fancy thing to lure buyers (external beauty)… actually comes with no value and in fact cause maintenance fee up in long run …

So if developers throw in those redundant stuffs and make you pay more = you are overpaying …

Most residential in prc, HK, Japan, sg, London, etc are with limited or no facility.

Developers here promoted facilities as excuse to charge higher price. Most pay maintenance fees higher than private members club e.g RSC, rsgc, rlc, etc.

Also those fancy facilities designated only certain contractors to maintenance. Like gym equipment etc

By location kl is anytime better than jb but investment is depend on what price u bought n sell

While many rich people are eating those good area property and rent to the influx of foreign people to malaysia..

China chinese, korea, japan top the list.. but specific area only
