Can say those property with fancy facilities tend to lose its values … developer purposely provide those fancy thing to lure buyers (external beauty)… actually comes with no value and in fact cause maintenance fee up in long run … So if developers throw in those redundant stuffs and make you pay more = you are overpaying … JimbeamofNRT liked this post

Most pay maintenance fees higher than private members club e.g RSC, rsgc, rlc, etc. |
