Car is a lot more cheaper, so auto sales up normal la given that there is discount (from government stimulus)

round 1 starting Jan 2021 (from moratorium) go in 6th round (40% drop from reserved price) = July 2021

Wow, never think of that. They surely can do that. Gov will be happy too to get more revenues.
But with this, maybe developers wont suka suka build new buildings anymore?

Please refute my argument if you see holes in it, so I can learn more from you lol. That idea was never in my mind

u wait till Q1 2021 he will ask u comeback Q1 2022. I have been asked to comeback from Q1 2016 until now.

As developer could launch landed row by row; tend to launch after collected more than enough booking and claimed sold out in one day.

I think the bubble of the property sector will be limited to certain extent cause newer projects have budgeted margin of 15-20% which means going beyond that discount would be a loss to the developer.

He also noted that from an analysis of over 5,000 development launches past and present, 45 percent of projects were 'overpriced' by over 10 percent and some by as much as 80 percent.

Out of those numbers, which were derived from the housing and local government ministry records, about 160 developments are due for completion in 2021.
