 Bandar Rimbayu fully sold out in 1 day

PETALING JAYA (June 16): Some 125 landed homes launched by IJM Land Bhd recently in its on-going township development Bandar Rimbayu were sold out in a day despite the Covid-19 Recovery Movement Control Order in place.

Dubbed Starling Phase 1, it is first of the four-phase 56.68-acre project located in the award-winning Bandar Rimbayu near Kota Kemuning, Selangor. Starling consists of 680 homes with an array of green areas, communal spaces and other amenities. It has a total gross development value of RM 500 million.

The launch of Starling Phase 1 saw more than 500 homebuyers sign up for the double storey terraced houses launched. Each unit has a built-up of 20 ft by 60 ft or 1,621 sq ft with selling prices starting from RM656,800.

Designed for the modern contemporary needs of families, the 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom terraced house presents a stylish finesse and trendy colour schemes to its physical outlook while featuring an open plan layout for the living room, dining room and kitchen.

With families encouraged to stay at home in this new norm, the readily-available high-speed broadband infrastructure will be crucial for residents to stay connected. The development is located in a guarded community with two dedicated entrances. There are also 16 acres of open spaces within the neighbourhood and a 2km jogging path.

“We think that the positive reception of Starling Phase 1 is due to it fulfilling the needs of modern homebuyers by providing homes that are affordable and good value for money,” said Bandar Rimbayu senior general manager Chai Kian Soon in a press release yesterday.

He added that to connect with a digital-centric audience and to keep both homebuyers and employees safe, Bandar Rimbayu has taken extra steps to digitize their consultation and engagement processes to include taking clients through virtual 3D walkthroughs of the development and units, while also providing them with the digital masterplan as a reference. 

Bandar Rimbayu had conducted a balloting session for Starling Phase 1 unit selection with a twist in lieu of the current restrictions. Their first-ever live balloting session was streamed on their official Facebook page on June 7, 2020. From over 500 registrants, 190 lucky ones were selected for the balloting that was live-streamed to provide an unbiased and transparent process for registrants.

“This is definitely a challenging year for everyone, but it only proves that in today’s age, our lifestyle changes rapidly due to external circumstances. We have adapted and embraced digitization to provide our residents and homebuyers with safe and efficient solutions,” Chai noted.

He added that Starling Phase 2 which consists of 148 units (20’ x 60’) is now open for registration.

then when they launch Phase 2, they will secretly say some units in Phase 1 still available

Everytime do launch also they say fully sold out wan laaa, all marketing tactic to lure gullible person in thinking if they dont buy they sorhai. Actually those that buy is sorhai.

me also can place deposit 10 unit , but question is loan lulus or not?

my place got 1 condo project,
almost 1 million,
few year ago always advertise left few unit, going to sold out, fast fast buy,....
until now, almost 10 year...still no people buy...
infact not that many people stay, most just agent sapu...
