Nonetheless, that didn't make him an unsuccessful investor as one of the richest man.
He had a few mistakes, like his teacher said never buy airline stocks, but he didn't follow that advise and lost money on that 3 or 4 times.

btw by the time rental yield is 10% property price, can close eye hoot d. Make sure location gooding then ok.

Historically, very few and rare to achieve 10% rental yield. Given current overhang, to get wet dream is more likely than 10% rental yield in next 10 years.

It is those thought they could beat the market that end up loss everything. If one is discipline and not greedy, risks is manageable in almost any investment.

If u buy funds. u have no control over the investment. That's how millions of people worldwide lose $$ on trust funds
