QUOTE(CommodoreAmiga @ Aug 11 2025, 12:48 PM) 3.3 Eligible Customer(s) to open a TD-i account Over the Counter (OTC) at any of the MBSB Bank Branches.QUOTE(fartbrat @ Aug 10 2025, 10:56 AM) Does anyone know whether this promo is through EFD or existing fund in the bank account? I just created an account, it is asking me to deposit some fund first for activation or something. Should i use duitnow and send RM10 over first? I see there are some features not available on the app but the promo has to be done via app. do not get confused with the process:1) new account opening ... need 1st deposit of RM10 (preferable from traditional banks like mbb or cimb, not from new digital bank (just in case)). this 1st deposit is to "activate" the new account opening, just like how you do when opening account OTC 2) eFD placement is from the app How to place a Term Deposit-i on MY alrajhi Log in to your MY alrajhi app Tap on ‘More Options’ button Select Term Deposits-i Choose your amount and tenure Confirm and place your deposit This post has been edited by cybpsych: Aug 11 2025, 04:14 PM |

QUOTE(Ichitech @ Aug 17 2025, 07:24 PM) So my Bank Islam TdTI matured Thursday and I came through this also. I presume this is not a DEPOSIT product because it is NOT insured by PIDM when i read through the PDS, i tried to read around this section (not just this thread) but also found less info. My question here is, any sifu here know the past performance of this if anyone had used to place fund to this product... info from their pdshttps://www.bankislam.com/personal-banking/...-of-investment/ |

QUOTE(ckokwei @ Oct 7 2025, 09:49 AM) After all I still need confirmation here. So maxcash from Bank Islam is not guarantee % ? Let's say I put 10,000 The 70% is TDT confirm rate. but the 30% (3000) could be lower than 3000 as is investment account ? there's TDT 70% and Al-Awfar 30% (investment acct)What I understand investment account sitting in Saving basically you won't lose a single sen right ? there's no Savings account involvment in this campaign read the PDS of Al-Awfar, section 6. What are the key risks associated with this product? https://www.bankislam.com/wp-content/upload...Eng_Feb2025.pdf |

QUOTE(ikanez @ Oct 18 2025, 04:07 PM) to summarize, you clicked on early withdrawal, got the full interest, but tht placement was still listed under premature withdrawal - am i understanding this correctly? QUOTE(ikanez @ Oct 18 2025, 10:59 PM) thanks. im still trying to understand the behaviour of the bug that's been described by a few of the members here. will bring this back to the team for them to have a look. the dev/product mgr need to correctly understand the ACTUAL/PROPER definition of MATURITY DATEseems they assume customers doesnt withdrawal on maturity date itself (which already matured). however app doesnt react/display/handle "withdrawal date == maturity date" correctly.
