Its not about data/storage space. New version apps is link with our handphone, only one handphone allowed. After uninstall, if re-install, we need to call CS to delete previous installation info, then given a new ID number, allow new handphone/same handphone to log in. Very hard to call CS, now still waiting CS to call me back n give me ID number
i checked connect app, there is option to unlink the device there.perhaps you can try this too.
