it looks like VIP20 subscribers are in a disadvantage.
VIP20 pay RM249 upgraded to Advance50 pay RM249.
While Advance50 pay RM249 will be upgraded to Unifi Pro 100 pay RM249.

Streamyx subscribers benefit the most. Their upgrade will be to VIP10 (if their area has Unifi coverage).

What is the difference between Voluntary upgrade with consent and Voluntary only?
You pay RM179 for Advance30 which is not in the chart, therefore, no free upgrade for you.    
Maybe only those who are paying full price for their package will get the free upgrade?

Wanna upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps, some forumer here said can get 159/169 for 30mbps? How do I approach tm for these offer

No. But just an advise, any devices that's connected to the wireless signal from the repeater will only get half of the full 30Mb/s

any good router which has USB port to share USD3.0 external HDD?

I heard the mini version works the best. I have nano version but just as AP only.

i subscribed the ruby pack due to its cheaper sub fee during some promo. and quite disappointed with the contents.
i just want to watch variety shows and movies.
but variety shows are way too outdated. broadcasting 10years ago contents.
for the bad things about the 4 movie channels, some times simultaneously broadcast same movies and always censoring images, cutting action scenes. fews months back, 4 channels broadcast "The Storm Riders 风云“ simultaneously.
and tvb8 content being dubbed to mandarin, can't switch language at all.
