Was informed this morning,....

Yes, listing date changed.

https://www.cowanlithium.com.au/wp-content/...losing-Date.pdf

Further Supplementary Prospectus dated 25 Oct.

Expected Date for Quotation on the ASX: 21 November 2018

Hansel,.. i blur a bit. How this works? Do we sell off ourselves or TAWANA sell off and give us proceeds?
Look at pg 23.

https://www.cowanlithium.com.au/prospectus/

OVERSEAS TAWANA SHAREHOLDERS
Due to the legal and regulatory requirements of overseas jurisdictions, Tawana determined that it
would be unreasonable to distribute Shares under the Demerger to those Tawana shareholders
with a registered address outside of Australia on the record date of the Demerger (Overseas
Tawana Shareholders). Instead, the 1,793,954 Shares that the Overseas Tawana Shareholders
would have been entitled to as part of the Demerger (Demerger Sale Shares) were issued to
Tawana to be held on their behalf pending an initial public offering of Cowan, or other liquidity
event.
Following the ASX listing of Cowan, Tawana intends to appoint a sale agent to sell on ASX the
Demerger Sale Shares and pay the net proceeds from such sale to the Overseas Tawana
Shareholders. The sale of the Demerger Sale Shares will occur following Official Quotation over a
period determined by Tawana and the sale agent.

and i do not have TAWANA shares anymore... how?

Sis,... I'm afraid I do not understand your situation. When the splitting of TAW was announced earlier, did you have TAW shares ?

There was a cutoff date. At the date, if you had TAW shares, you would be entitled to COW shares. You can sell the TAW shares later after this cutoff date.

The sale agent would help you to sell your COW shares and return the funds to you via SCB Singapore.

The RCI activity on banks and financial institutions is coming to a close and will prepare a final report on end-Feb 2019. I think the 4 main banks and the regional banks should provide reasonable yields moving fwd,...

I'm also watching ARF and FET closely,...

Malaysians and some-residents won't be getting COW shares automatically. The shares will be sold-off by a sales agent appointed by TAW and the proceeds returned to the person's account !

Earnings are flat this reporting,.. due to inquiry-related costs.

The most fearsome thing here is the sp will continue to retreat as more events unfold due to the RCI's 'strangling' of the financial institutions. I would say wait longer,... let the price drop further first !! I believe the sp will continue to drop.

Yeah,... not too much time to update this thread,... have investments in SG and Canada too, and personal work and family too,....

9.90 is a good price, if we compare with history,... but with the new events from the Banking Royal Commission, don't really now how much more will BOQ drop,...

The BHP Group Ltd (ASX: BHP) share price climbed to a multi-year high on Monday, stretching its 12-month gain to over 16%. The mining giant’s shares could build on this today if it delivers a strong half year result. A note out of Goldman Sachs reveals that it expects underlying EBITDA of US$10.5 billion, NPAT of US$3.9 billion, and net debt of US$10.8 billion. Goldman has forecast an interim dividend of 51 U.S. cents per share.

Coles results.
The shares of supermarket giant Coles Group Ltd (ASX: COL) will be on watch this morning when it releases its first results since the Wesfarmers Ltd (ASX: WES) spin off. Goldman Sachs has tipped Coles as a company that could surprise during earnings season thanks to strong comparable sales growth in the supermarket category.
