Hi guys,
I was in the sony store last night and spotted a very cool looking micro hifi... CMT-HX5BT.

Does anyone know if I can stream music from my Vaio SZ38GP laptop over to the micro hifi via bluetooth? How do I do this?

Thanks.

i think it would need A2DP bluetooth for streaming, the best way is bring your laptop and ask sony guy to demo it to you.

i think it is possible, if i'm not wrong, as most of the vaio laptop nowadays come with their sony application which is VAIO Media that can sync ur music/video with most of the sony's multimedia product(provided the product got built in bluetooth/wifi or some other way)

Anyone who have vaio SZ series tried to upgrade its hard drive? Or anyone knows whether Sony Service Center willing to upgrade it for us with some charges? I'm thinking to upgrade my SZ hard drive to a bigger capacity hard drive.

Thanks.

I gotta clear my decision faster. So i really need help from u guys. Can anyone give me any comment about the FZ35G coz im kinda interested to own one. One more thing, is the TP model some kind of a desktop or what? If it is, then does it come with an LCD screen? Coz i don't see any LCD in its picture.

The site is here: http://www.sony.com.my/product/vgx-tp2g/sk...site=hp_en_MY_i

i am using it. upgrade to 4GB RAM. running application is fast and smooth. listen to music is not too bad with build-in speakers. watch movie is best as LCD screen is bright and clear. build in HDMI can connect to TV to play Full HD movie. turn on average 12 hours a day until today no problem at all.

it's only norton av. only for 1 year if im not mistaken, after that you have to pay for it. anyway, just scrap that, and use any free av, like avira. it works charm and no problem occured to me.

and yes, you can upgrade it to 3gb due to santa rosa platform. maximum it can afford is 4gb.

yea, it's aero enable. even with intel gma950 capable to turn on the aero feature (glass-like taskbar).
any computer with vista use dx10.
about dreamscene thingy, it's a moving wallpaper. support by any dedicated gpu like nvidia or ati.

diff between dx10 and dx9, maybe slightly difference in graphic.

you cant change the available memory (share + dedicated) maybe, but no harm to take peek into bios setup and see what can be done. and notebook gpu usually not available to upgrade.

cheers.
