some users reporting overheating problem for their ps4 slim system , i think it happen at random ( not all ps4 slim get into this matter ) , the most important thing is warranty , if your set get into this issue , just claim the warranty .. well air ventilation surrounding your console one of the best way to make sure the console not easily overheating

Are you using CIMB credit card? If yes, then it's the cross border charges. I kena this as well... Apparently for MY Psn store purchase, it's charged to PSN HK (saw the credit card statement). CIMB treat the merchant as oversea. Some banks don't charge this.

Yes, it depends on the bank. Last time citibank doesn't charge this. But I canceled my card, so I can't verify if citibank has changed their policy or not.

well yes , but the percentage is low for the overheating issue ( PS4 first version ) , for PS4 slim & PS4 pro its early to say cuz sony just released it in the market .. only some reporting overheating issue , others work perfectly ... thats why it's advisable to get south east asia set warranty by sony malaysia + regional warranty ( https://asia.playstation.com/my/en/regional_warranty )

Oh man even the stocks for Sony is delayed. Batch 3 Mid Valley is supposed to arrive before Christmas and it's now end of year or early Jan. Batch 4 probably near CNY. Sigh....

my DS4 d-pad is faulty (right button), anybody have experience fixing DS4 d-pads before?

Possibly faulty contact point between the membrane and the electrical film on the DS4. First step is to open up and clean the contact point.
