From what I understand, if you booked through cash they'll refund if you cancel. If by card, you'll have to purchase products within the centre up to the amount that you deposited.

Oh man even the stocks for Sony is delayed. Batch 3 Mid Valley is supposed to arrive before Christmas and it's now end of year or early Jan. Batch 4 probably near CNY. Sigh....

Should be getting my pro in the next batch for Sony KL. Getting antsy again. Please be before CNY.

That's horrible. Not even an offer to exchange for other products with the pre-order amount? Pretty sure that's a crime?

Can you share which place was this so that we can avoid in the future.
