anyone can suggest me a good 4k hdr tv for ps4 pro under 4k budget?
sony X80D 4K HDR  look promising.is anyone here using this tv?
*
Sony X800D is in the same range as Samsung KS7000. (Triluminos vs SUHD)

Samsung KU6000 is equivalent to Sony X7000D series, as both lacks the wide color gamut technology.

In short, Samsung KS7000 series is the best HDR TV in terms of value now in the market. That's also the reason I dont think you can find 49" KS7000 anymore in Malaysia at a bargain price. 55KS7000 is selling around RM5500+-

He seems confident about batch 2 but not batch 3 lol.

That Chinese guy told me batch 2 arrive in January. Not sure if he is trolling or just stupid. vmad.gif

ah ok noted bro. so you are using which model?is it KU6000?

I've been using the KS7000. The TV looked really great with FFXV HDR+High Resolution setting. I fell in love the moment I saw the game. wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif

Sony X80D is good too. On par with Samsung KU6000.
Looked like the cheap KS7000 which are below Rm3500 before are out of stock right now in Malaysia. I'm sure it's because of the PS4 Pro owners all hunting them down. Lucky to those who bought them early.

I am one of them who hunt them down and now waiting for pro

Same with me. I got one in early November and just paired it with my PS4 Pro last week. Needless to say, it looked especially fabulous, especially when I start up FFXV. wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif

There's plenty of stock in Brunei but it's damn expensive, S$749..
I saw advertisement showing Japan price is 40800yen for pro and 39980yen for Slim. Not sure true or not..

Luckily I got it at RM3300 on 11 Street. I bought it on "Tech Tuesday" and applied the "Tech Tuesday" discount voucher to get that price. Like I said, if you care about the picture quality, opt to wait for the 2017 SUHD Samsung TV. If not, just get the KU6000. Unless of course if you suddenly can get a deal on the KS7000, go for that one.

As far as I know, PS4 (and any other PS products) are region-free. Maybe there are issues when claiming for warranty if you buy it in Japan rather than Sony Malaysia. The PSN account that you registered determine the region of your PS4.
