Thinking about getting PS4 Pro in Japan, just want to confirm if any current owners of the pro have met any issue so far? like overheating issue?

There's plenty of stock in Brunei but it's damn expensive, S$749..
I saw advertisement showing Japan price is 40800yen for pro and 39980yen for Slim. Not sure true or not.. |
