Hi guys just bought a ps4 slim 1tb yesterday. Wanna ask about the 90 days extended warranty, they should include a voucher (to activate it) along with the purchase right?

Guys a very noob question, do you have any good TV model to suggest for PS4 gaming. i am not talking about those 4k HDR model. Just a budget model for Full HD 1080p gaming with low input lag and maybe high refresh rate.

Budget 1k-1.2k ( i see a lot of good deal in 11 street but i dunno which one is suitable for console gaming)

Brand- open to suggestion but i heard some model is quite ok ? Sony? Samsung?
*
Sorry to say, but you missed the golden years of 1080p TVs (2013-2014). The 1080p TVs on the market now a days are quite rubbish, the highest end 1080p TV is equivalent to an entry level 1080p TV just 3 years ago.

If input lag is your concern, just get a monitor instead. You end up with better image quality and power input lag, at the cost of size.

digital and disc not much diff
disc still install to HDD anyway

iirc if got disc they only install part of it in the HDD, the rest still loads from the disc. So the installation size will be significantly smaller

my MGS V, witcher 3 , call of duty, Dragon Age, uncharted 4 , uncharted collection , last of us remastered and all those AAA games each takes 50gb+

Input Lag Database

You can check the TV models here. Lowest input lag for a 1080p is Samsung J5200 only 29.2 ms.

Basically you need a lower input lag if you're planning on playing FPS.

1.3k for 40" and 1.6k for 46" in Lazada.

Thanks for the receommendation. i have found the deal from Lazada of someone selling it at RM1399 at Lazada.
The link : http://www.lazada.com.my/samsung-ua40j5200...v-10722049.html

although it is has low input lag for this device but according to rtings the picture quality overall is so so? maybe i top up to 4k HDR Tv as i mention below would be a good choice ?

Ya i you are right and with little more spending power i think i can get the Tv in below link which is budget 4k HDR Tv with low input lag stated in rting.com and now is now sell at RM2.1k.

Link : http://www.lazada.com.my/samsung-smart-uhd...k-17282509.html

i believe it is good choice if i choose monitor over Tv for now as now i am gaming not more than 1 feet from my table as i game using PC last time, my concern is when i move in to my new house 1.5 years later i believe i would like to have my own Big Tv in my room with console in it. tired of pc gaming style and like to enjoy couch playstlyle. Thats is why i choose Tv over monitor this time.

Then get a TV WHEN you move to the new place. Buying a 1080p TV now will only mean 2 things for you in the near future:

1) Throw it away.
2) Sell it and buy a new TV.

You'll end up getting a new TV either ways, so just wait.

Alright I just came back from Sony the curve.

I'd be put in Batch 3 No.4 as full payment pre-order.

Other Information:

1. 2nd batch will be come next week.
2. staff confirm the stock will be minimum 10 units each batch come in.
3. only up to 10 slots for full payment booking per batch
*
Who told you the info about the stock? Was it a chinese guy or one of the malay staff there?

Everytime I ask the staff about the stock availability, they always say "We don't know". vmad.gif

When you want to ask about stock availability, you talk with the sales or marketing manager directly. Don't go and ask the floor sales person, they are told to say "don't know".

Yes, i understood that but problem is my PS4 Pro is comming and i dont have a Tv nor Monitor to play it currently as i using laptop right now. hence i am thinking maybe i can get a Tv in advanced so maybe i when i move in to my new house i will bring the Tv over too. first i thought of getting a Full HD Tv as i assume it will cost me a lot cheaper than a 4K Tv that easily cost me RM3k++, after comparing the few units i saw the gap between 1080p and 4K HDR is only few hundred different therefore maybe i am thinking might as well just grab those unit?

If your budget is limited to 2-3k you can consider Samsung 50 inch KU6000 , since the market hard to get Samsung KS7000 49inch with cheaper price right now , KU6000 50 inch I just bought at local electronic store at RM2650

Okay i was reading regarding 4k tv with lowest input lag, and i just regretted buying 49inch LG UH615 4k tv.

so thinking of reselling back the LG tv and get a better 4k tv while waiting for ps4 pro to arrive. so samsung KU6000 is a good all rounder eh?

No. Performance issue. Now is everything is on HDD. The disc is just for verify check, usually when you launch the game from the menu. You only hear the disc spinning at that moment.

Bro , actually KU6300 = KU6000 , different region have different model code number

Example like KS8000 you saw at RTINGS , but in Asia it's KS7000
