Hey all, wanna ask is Boardman Road Comp available in M'sia? agak agak how much is the price?
Looking at the KHS Flite 500, why is it that KHS's website and several sites in M'sia selling the same bike both state different components?

like the giant tcr composite or tcr sl2. budget: max 4k.
i don mind bout brand as long as it offer decent frame, ~9kg and with min 105 g/set.
scott, merida or cannondale is ok with me.

Is this the 2011 model? 7.5kg frame? where you see that?

Are you cycling for fun, stamina or for long term. Careful because don't end up like me.

I brought a Trek bike. Cheap and thought only for riding fun, but later obsess with it.. Keeps upgrading.

Got this email from Giant Malaysia. Asking for TCR SL 2012 but they give info on 2011 TCR SL instead. Malaysia TCR SL 2011 is exactly same as Taiwan TCR CL 2011. Price before discount.

Can anyone advise me? I brought my bike 5 months ago. Comes with Bontrager LT3. Recently feel my back tyre a bit "slippery". Does this means it's worn out? I pumped full air and still have that "slippery" feeling.

get Polygon bike for sub 2k budget? any other choice?

Hey guys hope your can give me a honest answer. I want to get a road bike mostly for health reason to keep fit so my question is:
1. My budget is not more then rm 1k. Should I just forget about this hobby with that budget? Bcs I see ppl buying minimum 6k - price about the same to my Myvvi. Will a 1k bike be not enjoyable to ride???
2.mostly my gf will be joining me. Wta how do I join those cycling groups with boy & girls riders I usually see they wear uniform also. Bcs we would prefer to ride in a group.

***will be riding at Sunway or PJ area

My Giant OCR3 was RM1800 and it is a thoroughly enjoyable bike. I rode 5000km on it last year and raced it too against people with RM10000+ bikes. I think there is nothing wrong with most entry-level Shimano Sora equipped bikes.

Also don't forget helmet, bib/jersey, shoes, clipless pedal etc...

If you know any clubs nearby, you MUST join one. Group rides are much more fun than riding alone.

I don't understand most shops doesn't really bother about my question regarding size, it seems that size doesn't really matter. I am curios too when I see on the chart I am suppose to ride at least 54CM frame but most shops try to say it's limited in Malaysia and you can't really get them easily.

They try to convince me that u should always get a smaller size and just adjust the saddle to a higher height.

I know myself being a person who doesn't really like frequent upgrade, I might set my mind on 105 component thinking of that, I still don't really like the idea of spending a fortune without knowing what I want although bonus just came out, not really good tho, not enuff for helios 500..

btw what is the differences between a good gear and a lower end one?

Also like to know which is better? dropbar/flatbar?
