Maxis WBB... cant download anything from BT now. why eh?

extreme lagness for both local to international site at the moment.

I wrote to TM, give them shit abt their ineffectiveness (in a appropriate manner) I got back my 1024 downstream and stayed that way for days now.

I called TM and report to fix my phone line prob, which probably have caused all the blinking, and they fixed it....

For now all is OK...hope it stays.

TM not jus make money from the Streamyx department. Their main income from CS department. i wonder if they wanna make money they tend to screw up abit in an area then many of us will call in 1300 88 9515.

Couldn't connect since early morning today, I also cannot access via office as well.

Actually what did they change?

The helpline is used to be 1800 call free during early stage of streamyx, and when more ppl subscriped to streamyx, so came along with more users called the helpline cuz streamyx was getting worst, they noticed it so why don't make it to non free call since so many ppl use it.

No wonder they won't really care abt their service quality cuz of monopoly and this helpline thing.

tis morning i go TMpoint,meet the branch manager,listen she talking cock there,and promise me today a technician will come my house check...

Im not sure...they called the house phone from the xchange and confirm that its my number and the line is working fine....probably change something at my port inside the exchange box. Now i havent been disconnected for a full day....used to DC every hour or so....
