The helpline is used to be 1800 call free during early stage of streamyx, and when more ppl subscriped to streamyx, so came along with more users called the helpline cuz streamyx was getting worst, they noticed it so why don't make it to non free call since so many ppl use it.

No wonder they won't really care abt their service quality cuz of monopoly and this helpline thing.

TMnutz still haven't told us what's going on, didn't mention anything just acted like nothing happens. Maybe they learned a lesson last time that if they're going to make an announcement about performance issue then ppl will ask them to make refund, so this time they just keep the mouth off and pretend nothing happens so no need to make refund.

Something wrong with screamyx again, I can't access to most of the Japanese sites, so watsup this time?

Tmnut is so kind that they purposely make the connection slow and force streamyx users to go out and watch the moon and enjoy the mooncake festival, very kind.

Same with u guys, ping to local site included TMnut gateway(202.188.0.133) all exceed 300ms, tried TMnut bandwidth test got 6KB/s, a bit better than old school 56kbps. And forget about download coz I'm thinking I'm using 56k dial-up connection to download.

With this T&C TMnutz can avoid to spend money on upgrading oversea bandwitdh, what a rip-off.

I think Tmnutz is either screwed up something again or no more international bandwidth capacity to serve thier million subscribers anymore.
