I saw someone bought a civic from Tookar testimonial, is it new civic in the picture or the facelift version?

It's Civic FC 2016. Not Civic FB facelift if that's what you mean - somehow also looks like they changed the front grille to the RS version.

Buy the wiper blade refills from Hingan Auto (or SC if you're too far from KL) and change only the rubber... Cheaper than changing the whole wipers...

I tried yesterday d... still same, jump like hell the wiper. weird is only the logger wiper jump another small wiper OK.
I actually apply same rain repeller adn same procedure on my another car Honda City. Honda City look OK wiper also OK.
One of my friend said because is newcivic wiper original is silicon wiper while Honda City is rubber type thats why civic wiper will jump.
BTW, last night I use glass refresher to clean rain repeller on windscreen. Now wiper look like OK d, no more jump..

Hm... Maybe can try this... Do you have those dashboard protectants? Use some on the long wiper blade and see... Dashboard protectant actually prolong the wiper blade's life...

Well, if you wax your car often in shops then it may make sense to coat with the reasonably priced ones. If rajin DIY then keep the money smile.gif

Hey guys I've got some good news for you all. First of all, I'm from Thailand and i own Civic 1.5 Turbo Thailand model (EX-T equivalent) for over 7 months. My car have been having grinding at start up since the very first day and I was very frustrated by it. Last week, Thailand Honda called me to notify that Honda R&D team in Japan have found the root cause for the grinding which is a faulty solenoid in the Automatic Transmission (the new Earthdream CVT). So they offered me a complete replacement in the Automatic Transmission (Yes, the WHOLE Transmission module). After the replacement, guess what guys... the grinding noise was GONE! For the past few days, I've been recording everytime my car starts up and the noise was nowhere to be heard. So just stay tuned guys, Honda might give a recall for some module replacement very soon.

EDITTED: Whoops, my mistake. They replaced the Automatic Transmission module not the powertrain.
For those who want to look up the part i've got replaced, it's labeled 20031-5CK-010 (can be found online)

QUOTE

After replacing it, 100% no more startup noise. So there you go!
