easy.. you can contact bank personally tell them you want to enquire your loan..
and would like to change ur dealer.. Bank will just revise your LOU..
last time i also told bank i wanted to onhold my loan coz i might changed dealer..
bank replied "Fine.. just update me and will just reissue LOU without changing the loan term"

Some SA just want to hit Sales Target.. so they willing to rebate all his commission to you.. Some really want to earn his commission~
Only can blame nowdays information can spread and get from internet easily XD
which dealer which branch get highest rebate can know easily

If you're not happy with the SA, just go to another one. Whatever they're chasing, we as consumers have the right to choose too.
I've been to so many Honda showrooms before this, since the car was launched in Malaysia, and all of them were rubbish....so arrogant like I owe them money or something...until someone introduced the SA I just booked my car with. This chap was was polite, willing to accommodate my every question and didn't ever try to push to close the sale. We'll see if he maintains his good demeanor throughout the process and after.
