Hope to obtain some advice here

Just got my new civic 1.5T and i cant seem to adjust the sound systems (mid, treble, bass functions) are all not available to be adjusted

Can someone help me pls??!!

2 rattles, 1 at meter panel, the other like a soft squeak (like soft cricket sound)...this one i cant locate where

Gona go to the SC and ask them to check. Will post results here if successful

Meanwhile, would be great if members here can post some possible causes and success in fixing

Update:
Just got back from SC, they refixed my A-Pillar cover both sides (i knew both were loose as there is free play between the cover and the car body when i press on it)

So far driving back no more rattle

Ill test and update here if this is really the culprit for the rattles

SC at PJ section 13, must say service level is good

I do suspect they know about it (ie common issue)

We talked about the common ticking noise from VSA/ABS module also, they know about it...was advised that if ticking is non stop, then it can be regarded as faulty

It doesnt come out all the time, thats why hard to pinpoint the cause

Most of the time it comes out when after hard acceleration and then releasing and let the engine rev down

Unfortunately i still hear it last night

Seems like coming from outside the car cabin

I just enquired from Sec 13 SC on satday, RM240 per set
Wanted to get, but no more stock, replinish this week

UPDATE:
Dashboard sound gone - definitely A Pillar was the fix

Cricket sound - found it. Its the in cabin reading lights (the push down for 'on' reading lights located at front headboard - just above rearview mirror). The transparent covers are slightly loose against the bracket, just push the whole bracket abit upwards to secure it better
