Put this thread in ur signature, put his nickname, put his name, put his handphone in ur signature...let everyone know this fella is really bad n irresponsible.

Try to get the MOD to c if there is anything they can help, every forum oso got specific MOD.

So, how do you plan to settle this, if he didn't show up after a long time or the items didn't arrive for ages?

Are you going to look for him in person? Contact his parents (I'm sure his parents would be more willing to go to the post office to clarify things)?

will proceed to buy 2 more MG from him after CNY holidays..

however, he told me that he had lost some shipment thru poslaju...

that is my experience with him... not siding anyone here... just sharing my story...

For sure your RM100 is cooler than water. Don't think he will put up his responsibility here to clear up his reputation. He just treated your thread like eating "Sayur Hijau".

You can help TS by persuading/convincing foo8088 to just go to the poslaju office, and check the status of his 'missing shipment' (TS's shipment). I'm sure poslaju can cover the damage of the missing shipment

i dont think so... i dealt with poslaju so many times (although none of my shipment had gone missing before).. i know that they will not help to trace one shipment that cost only about rm100...

insured? even air mail, they are lazy to help us to insure it. u asked them about insurance for air mail parcel, they will tell you "tak ada insurans punya, memang tak ada!" .... but there is a field at the form that asked you whether want to insure the item or not.... totally moron...

it pos laju right....hmmm have you the ts ever go checked at the pos laju hq on your area weather there is a shipment for you...sometimes when you are not at home and they cant deliver it to you they just left you with one piece of small notice,god knows if the notice went missing or missplace...by default the post laju item will be left at their headquaters and you can get it back with proper identification like ur ic...it happen to me before though,even the letter say that your item have arrive is missing i able to get back my parcel though...try it...at least there is still some hope left...

i feel sorry for you losing RM 100, is alot of money.

i am on the fence, and i feel that both should take a step back.

seller should apologize for the responsibility of losing receipt of pos laju and buyer should note that is not his fault entirely, maybe this will be better this way instead of another 5 pages flaming him/pos laju/bla bla bla.

in a way, people have bought stuff from him and clearly shown he's OKAY to deal with.
