The seller is pretty clear on his standing that he sent the item already and that he do not have proof that he sent them. As far as he is concerned, he seems to pretty much think the deal is closed for him. He is also avoiding any explanation and any responsibilities. Just put a dispute tag on him and be done with it.

So have u got ur item so far? 2mr is tue ord...shouldnt take so long for poslaju.

I have called Pos Malaysia.
They said to me that in order to track back the items(without tracking number) is to ask the sender to go back to the counter to provide detail on the date and time he sent the items, then only they can manually check on that.
So, now since he lost the tracking number, so is fair for him to find that out, right?
If cant do that, so dispute him.
Anyone agree on that? How do you think, mod?

That is if he really sent the items, which in this case, I doubt so. I really hopes Im wrong tho.

I do hope he did send those to me.

well bro striderozy,is it possible to go to poslaju HQ and tell them the receiver address (ur address) and tell them the thing that happened so far?dont tell them that u dont know the sender got send or not,just tell them u lost the tracking numbr and item not yet received after 1 week,see the HQ tell u what?

I sold my pc system to damsfeld last time.
And I guess just one day to send to Kelantan using Pos Laju.
I have already escalate my complaint to Pos Laju.
Thay have sent me a inquiry form to ask me fill in the detail of the parcel.
Even I pretend as the sender, I still cant provide those like the sender IC, full address.....
So, I still need foo8088 to get it done.....
