Acording to him, this is because, in their database, they din keep the sender name and IC together with the tracking number.
So, only the counter over there will keep manually......
Thats y i need foo8088's help urgently before they clear those off.....
SO, which mean the sender need to check manually with the counter and get back the tracking number if possible......
And good news is foo8088 agree to try his best.....
So, I am waiting for him to update me before I can have further move......

You tell them that the customer service centre ask you to come to the counter to check manually.....
This is what I tell the bm branch office, then only they start to work for me......
No matter how, u need to ask from them.....
They are the only one that can help.....
if u go main post office, they will say you dont have tracking number, so cant process, then that will waste ur time only......
So, only can ask from the counter u pass the item to directly......

Look like u have no choice but refund money to buyer liao.
Fyi, keep the tracking number is not only protect the buyer but also seller too, sometime some KNS ppl will cheated said they did not received the item and try to get another free item, so with tracking nomber, u can prove the item is arrival on their side.
