Forumer you are complaining against : foo8088

Item being sold/bought : 8 box of Gundams

Original thread link: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=403330&hl=

Date of transaction : 3rd Feb 2007

Details of the complaint :

I have already paid him the money on 3rd Feb 2007, and he told me he has already delivered it to me by using pos laju.
Then later on, I ask for the tracking number. At first, he say ok and will send to my email as he say he is lazy to type those number to send to me thru pm.
But then a day later, I still didnt receive the email from him.
So, I ask him thru handphone again and he say he will ask his bro to send me again.
But then, same result happen.
So, last nite, I sms him again to show me the tracking number, but still the same, no email from him or his so-called brother.
This afternoon, I try to sms him again but then he start to get angry back to me by sending rude words to me thru sms. So, I warn him I m his customer, and he shouldnt use rude word to communicate.
After that, he start to avoid me. Until now, he still dont want to accept my phone call. Unless I am using my fren phone to call him, he accept but when heard of my voice, he shut off the phone.

Any extra details :

Name: Foo Yong Sing
Maybank account: 114049567686
H/p number: 014-6431564

I know I cant get any money back from here.
I just want other people to beware when dealing with foo8088.

You can try to get back the money here, don't be so sad. smile.gif

As the Admin team in LYN is very efficient in tracking all sorts of extra information. smile.gif

Just pm, sms, email, call or any other methods to inform him that this case is created here, you need to tell him.

Good luck in getting back all your supposed gotten things. thumbup.gif

That is the full detail I have on him and can be tell on him.
Is for sure is a fraud case, if not, i dont know how hard to key in a few digit thru sms or pm.
I just want the tracking number to track whether he send to the wrong address or what.
But he never want to reply to me at all now.
I get frustrated.
And I really hope I can get the gundam.
Although that is not a huge amount of money, but I feel frustrated with this kind of human beings.
And I dont want others to have this kind of experience too.
This kind of forum is for us to sell and buy things and is not for you to cheat around.
Hai, sad.
Some more he is still Form 5 student according to what he told me about.
What is going to be with our next generation?!!
Shame on you, foo8088......... mad.gif

I need to say something here..
I've dealt with this guy before...honestly he's a good seller to me...and he gave a VERY GOOD price for his gundam...
he told me before that he cant afford to post those gundams before it's too time consuming....so i think you better be patient..
as i know he's a fulltime student and he's doing this part time...
maybe you can just ask him if he can just cod with you....

how much money is involve here? tell us pls...

It is just RM100 involved.
But then again, it is not the matter of how much it involved.
It is the trust and honesty that we wanna build up here.
I dont know his past trade.
But then what I experience here is he just ignore my call, my msg and my pm.
And when I use my friend phone to call him, he pick up, but when he heard is my voice, he hang up the phone.
So, to me, apparently, there is something behind it.
And some more using rude word in his last sms that received from him.
There is no way that I can accept that.
Is it the right way to treat a customer like that?
And the only thing I want from him is poslaju tracking number.
I didn't ask him to send the items again to me.
Is that really that hard to send that number to me?
So far, I deal with so many people here, they will send me the number once they posted the items to me.
And is make sense that I paid for the items, I need to know more on the items.
As I say, I want more on the gundam rather on that RM100.
Money, I have already paid to him and the fact is I havnt received the item and he is avoiding me to explain a single word.
Well, I just dont want to get this case worse by report to police.
As chastise said, he is still a student. I dont want to see that happen.
Now, I just wait for him to stand up and defend for himself.

try to talk nicely to him....i CODed with him 1 hour after our deal closed.
so i think he will willingly does that if the place is right...
and i think you are quite sure the gundam he's selling is way below market price so maybe you can just be patient a little for that price..
if really can't be settled..i can try to cod with him and then send the items over to you...
and rm100 for a police report? don't think they will even care....
just tell me if you need help..

Ya, this is how I think.
RM100 for sure wouldnt entertain our police much....
Sigh.....
By the way, do you have any way to contact and ask him to have a talk.
I really wanna talk to him but he just ignore my call....
I have called so many times but he just choose not to pick up the phone.
According to him, he already posted the items to me but he never want to send me the tracking number.
I dont know why.
My intention to take the tracking number is I wanna track thru poslaju to see where my items are.
I am not creating problems to him.
I do hope I still can do business with him as his price is very much low.
But there is totally not the way to business like this.
I just want the number and not asking for refund or anything.
I also feel silly when I start to think back becoz of a tracking number, I need to report thru this dispute zone.
I also dun mind if he send me by using normal post, but the thing is he need to let me know everything.
I m the customer, I reserve the right to know everything of what I purchased.
Does it make sense?
So, if anyone know him, please get him to reply me.
I am going to quarrel with him.
I just want to peacefully end this deal.
Can you help me on this, chastise?
Thanks a lot for ur help.

My location is in penang.
And he sent it on 5th Feb.
To my experience, is will take around 1-2 days to arrive.
I have sent one PC system to Kelantan before and it arrive in the next day.
So, I cant imagine how this light weight gundam need that long to arrive?
And this is not the main point.
What I want to emphasize here is he never want to let me know the tracking number.
So, is normal if I assume he cheat on me, right?
Money, I have paid, and he cant even provide me the tracking number.
There are a few possibilities:

1. He never send those to me;
2. He send to me but send to the wrong place;
3. He use the normal post and he just somehow lie to me is using Poslaju.

Here is what I can think of once he never appear to explain it here.
He never want to listen to my call.
I have wasted my money to call him and sms him but no reply in return.
Not a single word from him, not mentioning about the tracking number.
I really feel frustrated when I received a msg with the four letter word (f***) from him after I urge to get the tracking number from him.
This is what I get for paying RM100, I guess. shocking.gif

An arrogant seller, shirking his responsiblities. When one wants to be a seller must know one's responsibilties aotherwise dont indulge.

Sending items through courier is definitely not like buying a KFC meal
Its just like when u deposit money into someone's account at Maybank, do u throw the slip away or do u keep it in case the guy says he hasn't gotten the money?
Obviously u keep it....
