Well this may or may not excite you but just for sharing... (pls don't ask me the source).

The garden area right after the entrance near the roundabout area should be carpet grass, other public area outside the houses (next to the house wall) should be carpet grass. The garden between the 1B and 1D area should be cow grass.

IF I got the info correct...
