Wah, this makes the precint 3 SEH charging RM 300 per month looks so worthwhile then...

If Cradleton is such high rate, then perhaps Tenderfield will be touching RM 1k per month?

Condo got swimming pool, wading pool and most important lift to maintain, that's why way higher..

Cradleton purchaser should expect something like this at the backlane I suppose.

Shrub at the side, planter box with plants at the center.

So, that's why I am asking if the picture shown is the final product for the backlane garden..

I still have doubt if this is the final product of the backlane garden, unless confirmed by EM. Everyone is talking about VP, anyone know when is the pre-VP briefing session?

I think after the pre-VP briefing session, only can confirm about the VP and of course get more solid finalized info from the customer relation team on the landscape.

Any taikor can share the picture about the the main entrance fountain roundabout and the central garden with gazebo structure..

The most expensive expense for condo maintenance beside the guard is the lift maintenance..

So far all precincts in EcoMajestic have backlane garden. Tiara South have backlane garden as well.

If can't get approval, how about other project? At least SP Setia have a project with backlane garden in JB woh.

Backlane garden concept should be able to get approval. Just depend on developer how to make it proper.

That's why maintenance for condo is way higher than landed. That's why it is good also club house is not included inside the housing precint.

Currently, everything inside precinct 3 SEH still maintained by SP Setia. So far every unit only pay RM 300 per month.. Let's see if Tenderfield can match it.

That's why the tree is being put in planter box, easier to manage..

Yes, RM 280 + RM 28 = RM 308 to be exact.

I mean for those trees that near to backlane.

If not mistaken, SEH precinct 3 rate is per unit, not according psf.

No need to know who is Paragon, know who is the customer relation in the EM Resident Club better..

Really hope any taikor can share the picture on fountain roundabout at main entrance as well as the central garden with gazebo structure in cradleton precinct.
