I still have doubt if this is the final product of the backlane garden, unless confirmed by EM. Everyone is talking about VP, anyone know when is the pre-VP briefing session?

I think after the pre-VP briefing session, only can confirm about the VP and of course get more solid finalized info from the customer relation team on the landscape.

Any taikor can share the picture about the the main entrance fountain roundabout and the central garden with gazebo structure.. notworthy.gif

So far all precincts in EcoMajestic have backlane garden. Tiara South have backlane garden as well.

If can't get approval, how about other project? At least SP Setia have a project with backlane garden in JB woh.

That's why maintenance for condo is way higher than landed. That's why it is good also club house is not included inside the housing precint.

Currently, everything inside precinct 3 SEH still maintained by SP Setia. So far every unit only pay RM 300 per month.. Let's see if Tenderfield can match it.

Linear garden already being shown in Post #1604

Now the backlane garden should have something similiar (no tree at the side, only shrub) plus the smaller planter box.
