Actually I don't understand how it works.

Setia Ecohill Precinct 3 is invidual title. However for one row of SemiD units, they are attached together with the zero-lot bungalow.

Both SemiD and Zero-lot bungalow have 10 feet of land at the back and they are connected directly without any backlane.

I still believe it is because fire engine needs to be able to access, because they might be a need to have extended ladder in extigushing the fire.

sorry if the above is direct and blunt....reality is reality...fact is fact...cannot run from them....as pictures paint a thousand words....despite what is claim and shown contrarary...

3.) Cradleton most prominent landscape would be fountain roundabout and central garden with gazebo structure. Do you have picture to show that there are not nice? hmm.gif

So apparently the main function to have backlane is to act ast fire barrier. When fire happens, if terrace house no backlane and all connected, spreading of the fire will be serious.

Bungalow, semiD or Cluster have land at the back and side, which can act as fire barrier, so no need to have backlane. If fire happen, only spread to that 1,2 or maximum 4houses only. laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

No wonder not really strict in terms of the size of the backlane.. biggrin.gif

Something like "I saw some progress pictures in the public forum and believe that EW has con me. From the picture, I cannot feel that cradleton precinct has the same feeling like show village. I demand EW to create another show village in cradleton precinct."

Not doubt photo is fake, just wondering if photo shown already confirmed by EW is final completed product.
