sam gor, SEH p3 & EM is different of land titled. SEH p3 is individual titles so SP do not required to use psf to calculate the maintenance fee but EM is required to do so due to strate titled act.

1. Gentlebre VPed landscaping does not match marketing or purchaser brochures. Already fact and crystalize...Lobbyist says tenderfields, parkhomes and etc will be different cos developer is on learning curve....heh....Gentlebre is bungalow land lah...way way more premium then tenderfields, parkhomes and etc.....then can i say that developer short changed gentlebre buyers...? u cannot short change early bird buyers...u cannot say developer is on learning curve and in future will improve....u are telling the whole world world class...cement the world class......pls listen to the EW youtube world class word by word and you will know the frustrations of the video......

2. General landscaping does not match marketing brochures....Comander in chief states to media all trees will match brochures ..... this fact has crystalized actual does not match brochures as the chief admits this.... lobbyist states after vped only then ongoing efforts will be made to match the brochures....may or may not happen.....

3. Internal prescint landscaping also not too nice for cradleton....the same picture and same conditions like Eco Botanic....yet lobbyist says wait lah..not vped....but eco botanic already vped lah .... eco botanic is semi-d ...would u think a semi-d eco botanic vped will look better than cradleton.....want to dream also still too early leh...for any vped phases....developer will not allocate additional funds to landscape what you want....fren this is strata title lah....respective prescint will fund thier expenses themselves from the maintenance fees and sinking funds from their own prescint......

sorry if the above is direct and blunt....reality is reality...fact is fact...cannot run from them....as pictures paint a thousand words....despite what is claim and shown contrarary...

Never visited Diamond City myself but from pictures and videos, the landscaping works look very impressive. Country Garden go all out with their landscaping. Probably have a big budget to do so. Lanscaping work even at their resort in Forest City in Johor looks good too. Malaysian developers, not only EW, should follow their footsteps if they really wanna promote and market their "garden"/"park"/"green" concepts

Why cant any Gentlebre or Cradleton buyers write in officially to EW query changes in landscape against illustrations and demand official response fr them to clear the air? It is purchaser's right to demand an answer  rather thn guessing the reason behind the changes. If the reason given tht illustration in brochures just an artist impression subject to changes, then EW bluntly putting their stand that they are not oblige to honor any artist impression in brochures/Ipad. And it is not illegal.

Then you all can conclude that EW stand that they are not obliged and don't intend to comply to whatever illustrations as shown in brochures/Ipad. Then pls don't refer any more to illustrations/artist impressions in brochures or Ipad, which are irrelevant to EW.

No doubt Diamond City is better in term of landscape however the newly VPed link house owners got a lot of complaint too, saying Country Garden a lier eg concrete wall become fence, clay brick show house but actual house is sand brick, house size smaller than SPA stated size, leakage, poor finishing etc..

So you doubt all the photos posted here are fake?
