Yup, even more burdensome when the passenger use gs but no cash for fare upon arrival and didn't bank in the fare as promised​.

Kena this yesterday. Low fare (rm5 only) yes but still annoying as hell. Kept thinking abt free svc to ppl and the traffic endured​, jln ampang to tmn kosas area.

Reported the rider to cs today (after allowing almost 24hrs to transfer to me).

Rider was insistent that she used promo. I showed my app and tell her no promo was applied. She said she dont have cash and hence the bank in arrangement.

Sigh.

Guys. The 'Up to RMx,xxx Gross Guarantees up for Grabs' has been bugging me quite a bit.

Made calculation for the week before last's max gross guarantees (ie. Hit 3 trips every bonus hour) is RM5,335 (old structure not new 4 trips structure).

Calculation as below:
Bonus block count 17 * 20 max inc = RM340
Peak block count 34 * 30 max inc = RM1,020
H Peak block count 51 * 45 max inc = RM2,295
U Peak block count 24 * 55 max inc = RM1,320
M Peak block count 6 * 60 max inc = RM360
Total Gross Incentive = RM5,335

But Grab table's header shows as 'up to RM4,244' only. Am I calculating it wrongly or Grab has capped the Gross Incentive to just RM4,224?

Why it matters at this point to me is because I intend to calculate the total drop in % from old structure to new structure (ie. Old structure max vs new structure rate for max 3 trips only, excluding 4th trip so that we are comparing apples with apples.

Any feedback is very much appreciated.

CR max 10%
Rating min 4.7
BA 50% (as determined by the lame busy area map - would get sms reminding us how we are faring out throughout the week) - something like the below:

RM0.00 GrabCar (Economy): Dear JOHN DOE, from Mon 12.00am to Wed 11.59pm, you completed 88% of all MP, UP, HP and P hour jobs at busy areas.

Im just assuming can hit 3 trips to revalidate the advertised 'rm x,xxx up for grabs '.

Or is it merely typo coz they recycle the table but forgot to change figure up for grabs?

Haha. Thanks bud. Just find it odd 4224 gross earnings when actual max is 5335. The table i was referring to as attached, structure week 17 Apr 17 - 23 Apr 17.

On a separate note, i havent counted advertised 4638 (week 1 may to 7 may) whether tally with actual figures if hit max 4 trips for all blocks. Hehe.

On ur credit wallet. Have u manually go to grab wallet sectiob and refresh. Happened to me a few times main screen didn't update. Sorted after refreshing manually.

Ive only been to klia thrice.

1st got return trip but to klang.
2nd and 3rd use non toll road to cyberjaya. Pick shirt trips. Ez get 2-3 trips per hr. Especially around d pulze mall and the condos all ard cyber.

Havent tried putrajaya though the roads are a usually a long stretch.
