Just now i took a grab from house to changkat.  2 minutes before arrival, driver got a ping from kl tower to klcc.  Few seconds, rider cancelled on him.  I laughed and told driver, i got banned because of that.  He panicked. Haha

haih...time to time keep have new app update, but still the occasional accept job then it doesnt appear issue exist

not sure wtf is grab doing...busy issuing out promos when the money can be used to fkin improve that app

I hate going to kl city, not because of the jam, but high cancelation, some of tham with u reach the pick up point, u call, and raider told u sorry, pls cancel the trip, really fxxk...

Just now picked up rider from Vista Bayu Villa apt in Klang, most probably Betnam or Burmese. Called her up where is she, she said she waits by the "guest house". So went inside past the guard post make one round searching for "guest house" mcm nak gila. Called up her again are you sure it is the "guest house" or guard house? Then only I saw her wandering by the guard house looking for me hahaha... It was a 10 bucks ride but she gave me tip of rm3 once drop off. Kinda comel and good looking too...😎😎😎

Incentive masuk. .see the amount also I want to cry already. Time to look for a full time job. Fed up with reduced incentive, bossy passenger who treat us like their amat, and crapcar who dun appreciate their drivers.

Btw I have 1 question, if passenger set multiple drop off location in the same trip, will it be counted 1 or 2 trips?

High passenger cancellations. KL was my playground.  I live in Ampang, where else could I go?  Jam but good incentive due to the amount of short trips.  60 hours, 220 trips a week was too easy to achieve, even tho jam.  So it was like average 3.7 trips/hour. The last week of Ramadhan 2017, I did 300 trips in 75 hours.  Ever since they changed the incentive scheme to 4 trips/hour, I hardly considered taking double digit trips unless it was supper surge. Sometimes, RM8 also I ignored.  mostly RM7 and below.  But still, I never missed my 85% AR.  Of course, the high passenger cancellations contributed to the AR.  10 months driving, I completed almost 7000 trips.  Over 1000 trips cancelled by passengers.

10 months, my total incentive payout is in excess of RM40k.  Within that 10 months, I had like 30 days off, holiday, balik kampung, work outstation.  I have a fulltime job tho.  So, I'm glad, I made the best out of the 10 months.  I saw this coming.  When I first started, I also asked alot of riders which were fresh graduates to take this opportunity to build up their financial savings.  But now, things have changed.  When incentive was good, there were a lot of drivers in KL, you won't get b2b booking with 20-30 minutes waiting time.  E.g. dropping off at beach club, get b2b from pavilion, at 6.30pm on a weekday.  These days, u will get alot of this so becareful, turn off the b2b until u really really almost drop off.  The reduction in incentive and the removal of busy areas have sent false signal to alot of drivers.  They avoided KL, thinking that they can't make money out of it.  But drivers like me, without much choice, still had to drive in KL and I benefited from it.  Even if I want to run away back home to Ampang, people in Ampang still want to go to KL. Hahaha!  This is the trend,  people in Ampang go to KLCC & Pavilion.  People in Pandan & Maluri go to Berjaya Times Square.  And these are all single digit trips.  It was just too easy.   

But sadly, these days, passenger cancelled, driver also kena and and I am very sure it's more about grab trying to kick out all the heavy incentive drivers.  Instead of putting a ban on me, it could've been sweet if they told me, "thank you for your service, it's time for the new blood to take over, we cannot afford you anymore."

You can turn it off when u have a passenger without affecting  the incentive. My incentive still same as my calculations.  But last weekend kena suspended,  incentive 650 only.

Yes I did, but mostly after getting the 4th job and then time > 50th minute to avoid 5th job. Never have I thought that pax will affect drivers.

I am sure I am not alone.

Got once pick up 5 riders for myr 6 fare, 5 college student board, then fine... Mid way to destination, ask turn into housing area drop off one of them then proceed to final destination, this happen 6 months ago way before multi stop....

For 6 fare and 5 of them still multi stop.... Obviously educate them of exploiting the system....

Then drop off bang the door, of course call cs make remarks..

Next day, got call from cs said warning for suspend the account. Reason that is in no way driver are allow to educate the rider..

Then onn, will not accept any rider more than 3 ppl, and will reject any multi stop.

But now doesn't matter as not interested doing grab, if want to continue drive... choose uber

Stupid Grab!  Dunno what they think of?  Old partners have good driving experience than fresh blood but they try to get rid of them, really speechless...

Guys..another situation..if lets say mon-wed..ar cr is ok..above the recommended..then suddenly on thursday performed badly..end up below recommended value..then friday until sunday..back on track..meaning above the recommende value..hows the incentive being calculated..still blur bout this..

wanna ask that if im picking up a rider from penang island to mainland, can i charge rm7 penang bridge toll on the rider although that from island to mainland has no toll?

Promo code straightly credit to cash wallet eh..my cash wallet seems dun have any numbers..just blank..but incentive did topup by tuesday to credit balance..is it normal like this or theres some prob wth my account?scary woo..seems like so much of promo code trips i did since tge frst time i drive grab few weeks ago..

Promo code usually masuk to cash wallet on next business day right ?

Is there any exceptions? Because I notice the promo code "MY174WPRGRAB4" didn't masuk cash wallet.

Called cs twice , CS A say it's already credited and ask me update my apps and it will reflect or else walk in to hq ( this cs sounds like first day go to work , cb7 noob).
CS B said will be credited by next Thursday .
