I need to seek opinion from u guys

i am using Digi now but lately the gps is from bad to worse, which many time it show gps cannot be locate and i cant rely on it to nivigate to my destination

i have to use my own car navigator but that one is without real time/ traffic or ETA..

I wanted to change to Maxis but check Maxis & the minimum package is RM100 above

i am not a full time driver and in fact i drive ard 30 trip per week only.
but my concern is sometimes rider will not happy as i may lost my direction and it affect my rating ....

any digi user here ?

grabcar got many sohai customer

last time got 1 rider use grabshare and ask me to sent him back using thesame fare which i decline. later i suspect my rating drop due to him

this time got another one also using GS and ask me to send him back and wait ard 10 minutes. I just show him a stack of document saying i need to go to other place for delivery document urgently as i am part time grabber.. i dont know he believe or not...

many rider are very clever and try to grab us when there is a chance.....

can the committee propose for peak hr like 7am-9am, 5pm-8pm, GS either

1. cannot rate driver
2. Totally no GS at all

because i think my rating drop because of many black face ppl
got one mother purposely call me to confirm whether her son can be drop 1st or not, because he got class. She want 'confirm' one

told her i cannot confirm but by guess, it should be his son 1st

but, quite heat argument as i keep mention cancelling from her side...
i think she know if book again, will get another GS matching ma...

past few months, cut downalots

but dont know why, this week got promo, all shop trip, i like it

from 30 plus trip per week, this week i completed 84 trips...

yes, rider are bullying us

1 rider pick up in bangsar south to pusat damansara, dont want to use kerinchi highway. so need to pass by the Bangsar uphill and downhill housing area. somemore this cheapskate rider is using GS

2nd rider pick up point from Brickefield to PJS4. mention dont want to use toll

1 case no choice as already press 'pick up' so i cant argue with him if not rating drop

2nd case, no yet press pick up, so ask her cancel.

cheapskate rider shall indicate if he dont want to use toll... then if driver not agree, rider should just cancel...

i personally think alpha driver got no duty bound to assist us, as many thing we can refer to CS and ask openly here or respective whatapp group...

but for those in so called 'Grab committee' are more responsible to fight for drivers' rights. if not, we basically dont need it...

part timer like me okay with 1-2 ping within 1 block will do, preferable shortest trip possible to max the incentive

i really dont like drive, so most of the time, the > RM30 fare i will ignore.

anyway, if can do rider rating, many thing can be solved

for me, dealing with CS and as hard as dealing with troublesome rider... so i try to minimize my time waste and continue driving....

actually if driving only before going to work and after work, is kind of hard to achieve incentive. better aim for flexi ..

just imagine u suppose to report in Damansara Height in 9am, so say u got trip at 8am to Kajang/Sg. Buloh/Selayang, how ?

i do sale, but need to go to office on every tue at 1030am. then i try to drive ard 8am but find it tough, sometimes, i will be late for the meeting, sometimes, i have to stop ard 9am, just worry will go to other place further than my ofis.

the rest of the day, i am fine...

i always check and found out driver are more from mid night 2am-4am than 5am to 6am.

i stay in sri petaling. why ar ? since all these are just bonus hour or nothing.

and how about getting matching GS ?

I think basically we can forget about incentive during these hours and we only can aim for fare.
but if more rider using GS, then also rugi....

ya lor, last week is my 1st time 1 week can drive 100 trips due to increase of UP

so if back to P, then just stop driving.

i drive for money, is not to drive people go lunch and shopping...

actually really dont know what grab strategy is

there is no loyal rider one, which company got promo or cheapest rate, they will go for it

i have fetch so many zero fare rider during these period.
some attitude is worse. RM3 fare, go to the condo lobby, wait few minutes. never bother to greet us. himself also a foreigner worker in service industry, i guess ....

grab should give more benefit to driver and not rider. rider can give discount but maybe like 50% or RM5 but must be RM10 fare above ....

i dont expect much but need more HP like 12pm-1pm for us to break even.
how to drive if few hour straight all P..... i dont work for charity ....
