normally how soon the grabshare top up and the promo reimbursement will be pay back to us ?

lately i found out Grab has not do that and i did email to them and they did take action. they maybe orverlook but i really dont know previously i receive all the op up and promo reimbursement or not

so now i just need to closely monitor if not really rugi besar...

Grab without incentive is a waste of time, for me.

at the moment, rely on Grab to help to to pay off car instalment every month

Anybody encounter payment via Grabshare and promo missing ?

i think some jobs done 2-3 days ago but money not in.

i trigger because it is big amount i.e RM15, other small one really dont know ...

if can choose, i 100% will skip rider with promo or grabshare. just concern Grab overlook and does not pay accordingly...

grab driver not easy, need to take care of rider, grab company, car etc..

but while drving, still need to maintain good attitute.
like today fgot 1 rider of RM5 fare ask me to stop at petronas, i am fine. BUT after 10 minutes, still queuing for ATM, i call and told him I cannot wait. i keep apologize saying i need to cari makan...

actually not worry, but this is my hard earn money, cannot just gone like that. many promo RM3-4, i dont really count also
i dont like Grab system, why not just pay us immediately or 1 day after the job done

for incentive, i never dare to question as that is called 'incentive'

for fare, please give me back fast and exact amount and those CS reply is really frustrating

i look at all these Grab and Uber, when they grow bigger and kick out teksi, they will gradually cease off incentive for driver and promo for riders. Until then, old practice of teksi will be happen again

now got the number of drivers, just cut down the incentive.
many drivers are already committed i.e car loan or already become a full time driver, will stuck will lower and lower fare/ incentive in future...

thing will get worst for grab/ uber driver for sure..

went to sunway pyramid and camping near nadayu there

wait ard 40 minutes, no ping, then just went to pyramid mall and join my family better..

dam hot outside but then still many comrade either uber/grabber still camp around.

feel sad as we are being grab and squeeze but many of us still need to find way to earn extra income

1. the rating of 4.70 is based on weekly basis and not the rating show in our App.
this was told by someone from my other groupchat. he said many are not aware as always though that they rating is above 4.70 but in actual fact, that particular week may drop to 4.70 and not entitle incentive

2. if i cancel a job after accept it and before pick up, can the rider entitle rate me ?

used to get incentive ard RM130-150 alone for friday, driving btw 8am to 2-3pm.

however, after the new scheme, very sian, today stop at 2pm. got incentive ard RM100.

basically, no mood to drive with P, and sometimes HP also, as the weather is hot and better do some other thing lol..

in this world there are many type of person.

so think their RM3K- RM5 is very big.

but some are very appreciate us, like once come into the car, will say .'thanks for coming and pick me'.

my advice to the rider is, unless the driver is bad, if not please give a 5 stars to us. Many of us really driver because of the incentive to survive.

If the rating fall below 4.70, many may as well quit. then less driver, and who will suffer ?

friday 2pm from HP become UP, that is a plus point

hope all drivers are ready to accept that eventually the incentive will be adjust from bad to worse case as we should know that by paying hefty incentive, the business is not sustainable for Grab. lets face it

now i seldom drive during P hr because i think is waste of time.
so if i drive, i can become moody and maybe accident can happen.
so i try avoid bad thing happen.
when i drive, i want to be happy and drive willingly.

please think twice if need to rent a car to grab.

send email to CS, they reply already credit to my cash wallet.

actually i already ask them give me the proof, but their answer is always standard one, and no proof is given.

i just accept la, as money is not much and not frequent... if they want tipu, can just tipu via incentive calculations...

i am confused for Grabshare also

pick up both rider, on the way sending rider 1 to pint A, incurred toll RM2.50.

then sending rider 2 to point B. in actually fact, if direct send rider 2 to his point B, there wont be toll incurred.

so i decided to charge RM1.25 for rider 1 (just in case rider 1 claimed toll is divided by 2 riders), and no charge for rider 2. no choice

JUST MY OPINION.

if got a full time job, please dont quit and join ube/ grab
as we know that one day the incentive will become lesser and lesser.

i am still driving now, but from ard 70 trips per week, to ard 30-50 trips only, i try to cut down the P hr, really not worth it. the rest of the hr MP and UP I really go for it if can... get some pocket money....

or your fren drive more than 16 hrs per day ? ( i use average RM30 per hour x 16 hrs then get ard RM500 per day)

i think now those real sifu can only hit like RM2K-3K per week....

can any sifu can let us know what is the average monthly gross income if drive from 6am to 12noon, 3pm to 9pm (12 hrs) every day ?
