One of my rider complaint ambipur smell is sucks and she feel like vomit all the way.
If she complaint and give me low driver rating, should i make a complaint to CS....lol

Ambipur as car refresher is way too strong, so far only a arabian love the orange smell.

Some local complain it was too strong for them and that also cause my rating goes down.

of course is the rider fault. they are the one who set the location before requesting.

Yesterday a 5 passenger want come into my car, tell them one car can only sit 4 people. If more than 5 and got police may get saman.
Then 2 of them go out from my car and call uber.

This kind of rating even we complain to grab CS also wont help cause all is calculated by system. They wont help to adjust.

Please report to CS to get them ban.

i rather they dont rate me. initial start from 5 stars and now is 4.91 because of the passenger's fault (indirectly)
i was fetching him from movida near jaya33 @ 11pm back to shah alam and go for no toll road while on the way back.
then this    indian fellow said go straight (federal highway go straight sure kena toll la)
upon drop off, i thought it is included? sorry sir its stated toll borne by passenger as per website and only grabhitch included toll.

if aiming for high fare, might as well switch to uber. i like the fact that once detected in jam, uber increase fare. hehehe

i provided clean and empty car, comfortable air cond, drive slow, greet politely, put indicators, never emergency brake, inform when reaching, all those being done also got -0.02 today. sighhhhhh
so damn demotivating

Yup the Uber offering cash king is good. At least compensate you getting short trips. But the weekday average sucks. Like not even RM2+ added per trip.

Weekends still better. RM5-6 average added per trip. Can go cyberjaya settle those quests fast then switch to Grab instead.
