The reasons for KL driver star rating dropping recently is as below:
1. GRABSHARE JOB
- Rider in rush but still use GS. Reach late then give u 1 star. Star rating killer!
2. B2B Job
- 2nd rider have to wait a long long time while waiting u dropping the 1st rider. So for sure 1 star for u after job done. Another star rating killer!
3. Client demand even better services.
-When more and more rider get used to using grabcar. They demand better and better services. IE. Waiting time of 5 minutes is too long for some rider.
4. Lack of motivation for driver.
- I admit that I became robot driver after a while of driving. Being a 5 star driver or a 4.4 star driver doesn't have much difference. Those platinum benefits is just not attractive enough to make me put in more effort to be a excellent driver.
So now Grab increase the star rating requirement will eventualy solve driver motivation problem. Other problems I think they don't give a xxxx. It's our problem not their problems.
I suppose why they didn't send any of their staff to become the driver and test if he / she able to get such a good rating after driving for 3 months.1. GRABSHARE JOB
