I suppose why they didn't send any of their staff to become the driver and test if he / she able to get such a good rating after driving for 3 months.
Those people just sitting in the office and thinking how to cut the guli incentive.

But they never experience the real situation

if you ask rider to cancel, I think majority will select reason driver ask to cancel for any reason you explained to them.
This will be tracked.

A new features introduced after 24th April, multistop smile.gif

Only for pickup / drop off passenger used by grabcar without waiting time.

I doubt how efficient that the rider will follow

The multi stop features is to drop off / pickup their friend on the way heading to final destination.
It is not for the people to stop, go and buy something and come back to the car.
It is no wait as declared by Grab

But, who cares? it will get abused for sure.

rating drop again.
now is 4.76

Yesterday a 5 passenger want come into my car, tell them one car can only sit 4 people. If more than 5 and got police may get saman.
Then 2 of them go out from my car and call uber.

This kind of rating even we complain to grab CS also wont help cause all is calculated by system. They wont help to adjust.

Some rider they don't know how to book.

Like yesterday case,
the woman rider saw USJ7 board below the lrt station.
Then she put usj7 as pickup point.
This is for sure I arrive wrongly into a industry area and she keep telling me at the bus stop.

End up waste time, petrol, phone call to find her.


Yesterday also another passenger from subang.
Enter persiaran Subang as pickup point. rm3 fares.
Reach no see people call him telling is waiting at Mydin.
Then drop off location set to a condo, end up is a flat beside the condo.
SOmemore close my rear bonnel so kuat after taking their gloceries.
Really cheap skates.

I encounter a lot of fares < rm5 case.
When arrive cant see people and need you to call after waiting 2 minutes and notify them that I arrived.

SOme even use promo code.

Everytime I pickup those negro sure got thing happen.

Scratch my car when on the way she direct me to turn and buy her own things. Fine, it is my fault that I couldn't see the low cement bar.

Then after pass through the venice hill gate, she saw bunch of her negro friend and ask them go into my car, 4 strong man plus herself, 5 fuckers heavy down my car to go uphill to her condo.

Worst still, the ass lady share her cakes to her friends and eating in my car. After they leave, I can see those leftover on my cars, luckily not much. Waste my time to clean pickup it up...

Why those fellow so uneducated and allow them come to our country!!!

If the issue keep repetitive after educating them, then they will only suspend.

Will grab do so since they are so rider oriented? I doubt.

I would say you a bit risky to maintain to 4.7 when there are > 150 people rate you.

I am seeing when my rating drop < 4.7 then I will quit smile.gif

Don't think so.
Today I almost reach the mines to pickup, sure less within 50m radius, suddenly get cancel.
I doubt is the taxi driver play around.
