So they also no accept if short distance.

This happen when there is job request but you didn't accept it or maybe screen too slip that you nof able to press it properly. this happen to me sometimes.

Not accept job sure AR drop. The screen will get lock and you need unlock it.

Why driver like us gradually feel grab not worth to do?

I think grab don't have its own culture to satisfying their employee. with unhappy employee how you expect they provide good service to the client? service good sure will attract more people to take and will eventually gain bigger profit. Now in such way to maintain rating 4.7, end up force employee to leave and turn over rate become high. Good left and bad become worst.

Employee is a valuable asset in a company but grab do the opposite by ignoring the staff feedback and only keep give promotion to make the client happy. promotion not reimburse intime and need driver keep monitoring. incentive less than expected. Even though driver do all kindness to rider yet doesn't seem receive a good recognition but grab yet squeezing the good employee by reducing their benefit.

This kind of culture wont make a company expand good in long run.
