Rider : Grab? What is Grab?....oohhhh itu teksi ar, u sudah sampai ka? Mana? Tak nampak you pun?
Me : Boss, sudah sampai la depan kedai XXX.
Rider : U tunggu dulu ar.......
The call rider 3 times no answer. Then he call me back
Rider : U call ini no 01X-XXXXXXX, dia mau naik.
Then call 2nd rider, no pick up. Can the pukXmak who make the booking, no answer. Wait another 5 minutes, he call back,
Rider: Apamacam, sudah naik ka.
Me: U punya kawan no answer call. Cakap mau datang, sampai bila mau datang?
Rider : U bagi 2 minit lagi, dia on the way.
Me: OK, 2 minit lagi, suruh dia cepat2 datang.
After 2 minutes, still no coming......finally bye2 to the rider.

Yes, i get cancellation rate immediate up to 5.XX%, call CS to explain. CS, blax3...we will investigate, come back to you...blax3

sweaty rider after a futsal game. make the car seat wet with their sweat. didnt notice after drop off next rider after them. cant stay online to pickup. i almost

Today 5.51PM pick up 1passenger from KLCC to PJ , fare RM48 but reach 7.10PM . Lost both 5PM 6PM block zzzzz

so..incentive always counted when we are free and available.
from pick up a rider to drop off, incentive is not take into account ?

After this weekly statement come out, I found out that my incentive is about 20 % lesser.
I think the root of this issue is due to I turned off the availability for job button.
After I pick up a customer, i turn off the availability for job button. So, for example, I used 20 minute to complete that particular job, so during that period  I will be offline for 20 minute issit?

Then later I purposely go there they told ohh here also finished .... die lo

Mesra card 2.17%. Petronas Ikhwan Credit Card 8%. On Saturday and Sunday only.

The incentive start from 5.45pm to 6pm, let say u accepted one ping on 5.50pm and drop off 6.10pm at RM5 fare.

Incentive = 40 x 15/60 = RM10
Which mean u guarantee earn RM10, minus the fare RM5, u will get gross incentive RM5, net incentive RM4 (after minus 20% commission)

Move on to next hour block 6.00pm to 6.59pm, 2 ping
1.accepted at 6.15pm and drop off 6.30pm, fare RM5
2.accepted at 6.35 and drop off 7.30pm, fare RM30
This block guarantee you RM50 incentive, minus the RM35 fare u accepted, Grab will top up RM15 gross incentive, net is RM12 incentive.

U didn't do any job from 7.00pm to 7.59pm so that hour block incentive is not available for u.
