Expected GC will ask cancel on our own,
but this will affect the CR.

Need completed 10 jobs to get a 10% rating.
Accidental press wrongly will waste a CR already and very fast use up.

But since it is $3,
You just click pick up and go to the destination and click drop off.
I think you earn more from incentive, right?

Last Friday I having the bad luck day.

car get tahan by police and copy my IC and licence, and the cops take away the negro as he didn't bring the identity letter

Grab GPS show wrong destination during MP hour. luckily I know the destination and send the passenger safely. Call to grab during the trip to complain that fares couldn't be $7 cause distance is 13km. End up say is my issue.
And also this chaos make me forget to charge the toll into customer fares.

Fine.
After the drop off, no ping come in during the entire hourly block.
I doubt why then I off the apps then later not able to connect again.
try few times off this and that, clear cache, on off the network then only works.
It is Damn celcom issue I guess.

I as driver possibly know where people don't like grabshare.

I have 2 grabshare fares dated on 8th Mar still not yet top up to me.
Especially the one with promo code.
Call to CS last Friday and the payment team told that the fares has been released out.
I asked here to prove which datetime it top up and until now no response.
Today call CS again and tai chi me to email payment teams again.

grab think the driver is very free keep on follow up on this.

Today alone from what I record got 7 grabshare promo codes, some even with grabpay.
I doubt tomorrow will have how many fares not top up again.

Really dissatisfy to this kind of late top up and hard to track.

After complete the 3rd job, I will off the b2b and will not press drop off then wait for next hour block only drop off previous passenger.

Receive nothing either in credit or cash wallet since Monday.
Everyday keep track so many of this promo codes....

SOmmore grab totally no reply on the 2 fares payments on 8th Mar even I send to the support or the payment team. and CS also tai chi to them.

Please check and beware of those promo.
If the system or the team nit able hhandle don't implement so many of this.

Grab do like that will many drives choosy to pickup

Now the CS ask me to screen shot the history log that show promo,

for the transaction in their laptop, they say not able to see it as promo.

I think you all better keep track on those granshare promo transaction, else those missing fares will say bye bye.

PETALING JAYA (Jan 17): The opening date of MyTOWN Shopping Centre has been readjusted from Feb 16 to March 16 due to requests from tenants.

According to a statement released today, the tenants had requested for the postponement as they needed more time to complete their shop fit-outs.

“After much consideration, the management team decided to align with the request because we always believe in delivering a comprehensive support to our tenants, which will eventually deliver a fantastic customer experience when we open,” the statement read.

To recap, the shopping centre announced its opening date as Dec 16, 2016 during a tenant engagement event last year. The date was then pushed to Feb 16, 2017.

Jointly developed by Boustead Holdings Bhd and Ikano Pte Ltd, MyTOWN is located on Jalan Cochrane, Kuala Lumpur and is structurally connected to IKEA Cheras.

CR must below 10%
and passenger rating must > 4.4
and AR must > 85% for PRO, > 88% for Ambassador

If your passenger rating is 3.0, it is way too low.
what happen on why you get that low.

During 11am - 12pm,
I am at sri petaling, wait some time no ping, then go towards happy garden.
End up only got 1 ping from taman gembira at around 11:45am.
Whole block only 1 ping

During 1pm - 2pm,
I am at bangsar, no ping, drive to brickfields only get a ping,
but it is already around 1:30pm.

Usually ping come in quite fast after I drop off, today don't know why wait quite long time no ping so I drive and drive like taxi driver seek ping.

I notice one thing.

Usually if camp at those business area, hard to get ping.
Must try go to residential area.

Last Sat also same when I in business area in SS15 at 5pm++, hardly get a ping, make me have to go along the way to sunway.
and the Sunway U-turn really damn jam.

Yesterday I encounter a woman from GB.
Otw to klcc, she asked if I am on the way to bukit bintang.
After knowing that I was not, she asked to stop and straight away want opened my car door.
After I park my car aside safely, she just put the money on the seat and go away. sad.gif

When get into the car oledi complain the system say arrive, but the driver not at the pickup point.
The whole journey also not allowing me open music.
