Did once today, a mother comes to pickup son at kindergarten, pickup house, 1st drop off kindergarten, 2nd drop off house again. No waiting in this trip i guess the mother use this feature correctly and im happy with it.

Fare is rm8, trip done in like 10-15 mins so I would say it is satisfactory, because her booking timing does not incur any waiting time at all, I assume she preplanned it. She used to take 2 rides for fetching her son, so this is actually good for her. I hope future multiride user are as smart as she is.

Don't u scare they will rmb your car plate number? They might revenge on you for your next visit. Because u don't stop for them.

The promo code is quite confusing to monitor. Some credit immediate and some credit in certain day.

I totally got you bro, everytime when my grabshare matches 2 riders, my ratings sure drop significantly.
When mine dropped to critical level at 4.74(1 more 1-star and incentive gone), I terpaksa started to bribe riders to give me 5-stars right in front of me with rm2 discount, luckily managed to push back to 4.8 using this way(bribed around 15 riders).

When get GrabShare, you can slide available to OFF, this way, you wont get matching ping. Once after/near dropoff, slide it back to ON.
Same for GrabCar, slide it OFF, to disable back-to-back ping (if you don't like it)

Time period from Pickup to Drop-Off is considered as online for incentive calculation

Grab would be monitoring the amount of GrabShare and Matched rides. These number would need to hit some "magic" internal threshold before they can remove the 50% top-up (else drivers will just ignore the GrabShare ping)

So......
Turn-off matching for GrabShare - this will encourage more rider to use and once more riders use, top-up 50% gone
or
Turn-on matching for GrabShare - bad rider experience, low rating

Just now pickup a drug dealer...use grab ez coz cheap and wont involve own car...fark

i got issue with my new Mi note 4 not recognise the device with grab apps. (Inb4, this is new number and already called CS changed everything , and been using it with no issue , even done few days grab driver with numbers of job.) It just happened after i turn off n on my phone just now.

any1 have this issue? i cant sign in with device only can sign in with email. Called CS few times prob still cant fix. it seems the grab apps not picking up my IMEI number.

what i had done:
-phone rebooted (few times)
-uninstall n reinstall apps (few times)

any1 encounter this b4?
