It is true that sometimes we drivers do make mistake, but just as long as everybody reaches the destination safely, there is no need for such action.

KNN MCB pay cheap fare also lodge complaint, hawker stall food if taste like shit got complain or not ?

haha, i quite sure that my online time is usually 60/60 or 59/60.
For last week, i do about 28 hours block. ( 1,680 minutes)

Probably they will use the excuse of " oh.. sorry, our system down, so you did not online for 1,500 minutes as our system is down for 1,500 minutes, and you just online for 180 minutes" Some lame ass excuses.

I had been doing grab for about 1yr ++ already, everyweek the incentive payout is just difference by RM10-RM50 based on my manual calculation.

But last week differ by about Rm4xx. This is too much. Just too much GRAB!

First situation, yes. They cant cancel it if passenger is not picked up, they only able to put a no show remarks on this booking. (In case u get alot cancelled trips, just make remark for the booking to save your ass to prevent suspension)

Second one, not sure what happened for airport trip in miri. Usually we cancel trip in kl wont be anything happen except our CR increase.

Btw, i never had any bad experinces with grab operators..yet. (last time took me 20mins to reach them for the first call, and recently only takes between 1 sec - waiting music ends after i key in 2126)
They are friendly and efficient, as long as you can describe the current situation clearly to them, usually they will advise u the next step.

You should get a unlimited call plan to call grab helpline.

Guys. Since ive started only this year, march 1st to be exact, i have not done tax filing for grab income.

So for those old timers who has been driving for more than 1 year or so, how did u guys go about filing it?

Am more concerned about how to calculate petrol and maintenance costs etc. Do u guys keep all petrol receipts?

Since am a part time driver, my tax bracket is already quite significant (this year's filing for 2016 earnings/salary was at 21%).

Any feedback/info sharing is much appreciated.

That's why I reminded you all past few weeks to check it out. But I tot is just I get cancelled. 

I do not think what CS told you is all true. They must be duno how to explain to you and come out with this lame excuse.

If they do like this, sure alot driver complain and not only you. This is too much.

If customers cancel whatever they like and choose driver ask to cancel, then sure we gg. Just imagine those taxi driver play like this, our CR confirm run away from apps long time ago.

Another prove is...I also sometimes ask customer to cancel and choose driver ask to cancel, but my statement and CR all ok.

So...I think he just duno how to explain to you the malfunction.
