You should prebook grab taxi instead and then its none of our business here.

I have no proof to show it is illegal, but logically I would think this works like human trafficking.
Criminals can easily use your method and send drugs all over the country using a mule. Most of us know that grab don't give a damn if driver are trapped in this situation and will always blame drivers for not checking the identity of the person before taking riders into their car.

I can understand 3rd partying for your mum/dad/granpa/etc who are not technological advance, or hotel valet who book for vip who need privacy (I drove a korean celeb before, who needs serious privacy). When you open 3rd party for people who you dont know, you intentionally letting potentially dangerous people to ride in with us unsuspecting drivers. Even though if you do background check, trust me, ID can be easily forged, what will you do if some fake people decide to rob drivers and make a run for it, and all you have is their fake name and fake address, fake IC maybe? Letting yourself be remanded by police or just let the driver take the fall?

If your business is legit as your claimed to be, you need to be transparent in your identity, or else you are just running illegal business, imagine us drivers driving grab without registering our actual name, IC , plate number and adress, you'd be sure foaming to Grab saying they're running shady business right. OR simply imagine how would you feel if you book a Grabcar but the one that appears is totally different, are you still confident to hop in the car? This situation applies the same to you in reversal, so is the shame still on you or not?
