my rating is kind of yoyo, from previously 4.93 2-3 mths ago, down to as low as 4.80 at one point, and yesterday was 4.97....

my attitude still the same, but now i learn a bit, always cancel those complicated ride, i.e. rider keep pushing faster, pick up point far, destination that i not familiar with etc...

My account was re-activated yesterday, this am after doing 15 trips from 6-10am, it got suspended again.  This time i guess its permanent banned.  Reason is high cancellation.  My PAX is really high for the last 3 weeks due to mostly bad b2b matching. 

First of all, they removed the BA requirement and reduced the incentives.  With the small amount of drivers in city area, they increased the search radius, when riders cancelled, I get the blame.  No matter how many times u report to CS on rider cancellation, we still kena.

I have highlighted this issue many times to them but the only action they take is to suspend me, which is never going to solve the problem.

Watch out guys, this thing is definitely not fun. When b2b first started, pings like this has never happened and never have I got ping from 2.5km away at 8am in the morning.

Btw there was a ping from Cheras to Klang for rm77. Even higher than airport. Wow, i acxepted, but the passenger cancelled lol

Aih so tired. 25 more trips. Not sure can finish this weekend or not.

If i cannot. Its ok.i treat this as another very good lesson.

New lesson: 

1. Become a grab ambassador
2. Accept ALL trips from Tues to Thursday
2. Play incentives hardcore on every Monday and Friday

Today from 11am to 6pm i 100% at this place. Which is not even KL, not even busy. 15 trips all short trips. Except 4 long trips that i ignored. Very satisfy.

What a trip to start my day.

Oo thats the surprise i guess..  Filtering all drivers according to areas and ban them if too many in same area.  Maybe they want to come up with quota for certain areas..

Yesterday picked up this lady from BSC, moment she was in the car I reconfirmed to her the dropped off location. After reaching destination, telling me "Oh.... I suppose want to go to the 7-11 opposite from Menara MBMR." Told her sorry Miss, your dropped off point was set to Menara MBMR, I follow what was given on the system. Then she keep saying never mind, just opposite only, u just go straight and make a U-turn, very near only.

Fine, check the app and told her you need to add another rm3 for going from MBMR to 7-11, straightaway she said she can get off from here. What a cheapskate.
