maybe it's my imagination, but since grab updated their app this week, their b2b improve? today in KL and bangsar all b2b jobs I received was within the last five mins of reaching my first destination. what's more the location of the following jobs very good, either same place or no need to make a big u turn to get to it. hopefully their GPS issues solved and maybe they take into account time to reach the second pickup.

also today got first potential customer scold me and want to report me.... here is email I sent to CS:

I tried to go one more round to find the taxi stand but was unsuccessful, so I messaged her saying I couldn't find it and cancelled the booking. I immediately got a ping for another rider/job to go to Grab Taxi Stand UM hospital(this time Waze can find it), which was the actual location where the first rider was. When I reached there, the first rider saw me and scolded me, accusing me of cancelling and accepting passenger without telling her first.
